Processing Time
All our pieces are handmade, so some items may be out of stock from time to time. In-stock items usually ship within 3 business days. For popular items made to order, production is arranged according to the order queue and may take 10–15 business days.

Shipping Rates
To ensure secure delivery, Cardivival Jewelry ships domestically and internationally via USPS Ground Advantage.

  • Free shipping for all orders within the United States and Canada
  • Flat rate of $20 for all other international destinations

Please Note
All orders must be authorized by your bank before processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.

 

Return Policy

We offer a 15-day no-questions-asked return and exchange service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from cardivival.com, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
If the return is not due to a product quality issue, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unused and in the original packaging
  • Provide your order number, email address, and proof of purchase (e.g., a screenshot)

How to Apply

  • Email cardivival@gmail.com to submit your return or exchange request
  • If the item has not yet shipped, we will immediately issue a refund
  • If the item has already shipped, once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid USPS return label. Simply print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest USPS location
  • Once we receive your return, we will process your request promptly:
    • Refunds: Processed within 1–7 business days to your original payment method (processing time may vary depending on your bank)
    • Exchanges: In-stock items will ship within 3 business days of receiving your return; out-of-stock items will ship according to the order queue

Damaged Items

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. Minor wear to the outer box is considered normal, but if the product itself is damaged, please take photos and contact us at cardivival@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Be sure to include your order number and email address in the email. To help us resolve the issue quickly, keep the shipping box, packaging materials, and the damaged item for carrier inspection.
