I ordered the Heart's Blue Feather, but they accidentally sent me the Crimson Higanbana instead. I reached out and they fixed it super fast! Sent me a USPS label to return the wrong one and shipped the right one out right away. Honestly, their customer service was amazing. And the pendant?
